I am seeking an innovative and experienced civil engineer or architect who can design a cost-effective and space-efficient 15-floor steel design for residential building. The core challenge is integrating an ample parking area on the ground floor to accommodate every apartment with at least one parking slot, tailored specifically for all types of SUVs.
**Key Requirements:**
- **Overall Structure:** The building consist of 15 floors, with the ground floor AND SEMI- BASEMENT dedicated to parking.
- **Parking Slots:** We need to ensure there are a total of 120 standard-sized parking slots (2.4m wide x 5.4m long each) to accommodate all types of SUVs. This includes careful planning to maximize space without sacrificing accessibility.
- **Efficiency and Cost-Effectiveness:** The design must prioritize economical construction methods without compromising structural integrity and aesthetic appeal.
