Earth work plan and details to a drafting standard requirements
Budget: $40 – $150 AUD
I am in search of a skilled civil drafter who can bring my project to life by creating a detailed site plan with moderate detailing, including landscaping features. The final submission will be in the (*.dgn) format, specifically created using MicroStation.
**Requirements & Skills:**
- Proficient with MicroStation for drafting.
- Ability to interpret sketches and discussions to deliver a coherent and structurally sound design.
**Project Scope:**
- You will receive a preliminary sketch from me which you will use as a basis for the final site plan.
- The drawing should include a moderate level of detail, covering main structural elements and landscaping features, reflecting a balanced and aesthetically pleasing design.
- I expect to have a few discussions for clarification purposes to ensure that the project meets the envisaged outcome.
- Before the final submission to the client, I will review the drawing to confirm accuracy and completeness.
Ideal Candidate:
- You have a solid track record in civil drafting with specific experience in creating detailed site plans.
- Proficiency in using MicroStation CONNECT Edition is non-negotiable.
- You are detail-oriented, can interpret sketches accurately, and translate discussions into concrete designs.
- Previous experience with landscaping details in site plans will be a significant advantage.
