DELIVER DWG and PDF files in ARCH D 24" x 36" format, Scale is 1/4 inch = 1 foot

+++TASK 1 - Create a Cantilever T-Shaped Shear Key Retaining Wall BLUEPRINT / Plan with Load and Materials Calculations.
This task WILL NOT BE COMPLETE unless TASK1.jpg (DIMENSIONS - Height, Width and Depth) is done for each of the 4 retaining walls within the 1 acre as shown in Site Plan.

a. UPDATE site plan topography.  Current Site Plan topography is not according to the City's slope/contours.
b.  REDRAW the FOUR Retaining Walls in Site Plan according to new topography AND with proper DIMENSIONS (Height, Width and Length) for RESIDENTIAL Building on CLAY SOIL.
i WRONG Retaining Walls are shown in Site Plan - they are too massive (either too high and/or too wide) for a residential building.
ii May have to move one retaining wall so 4 HVAC units can fit on Basement Level next to Garage Building.
iii Determine the DIMENSIONS of the wall based on the design loads and soil conditions.
iv Include proper drainage, with drainage holes and waterproofing in Wall drawings.
v.  Color Shade in new site plan all retaining walls as shown in RetainingWalls_Colors.jpg

TASK 2 - Create a Footing plan for each of the FOUR Retaining Wall with correct depth wall footing.
This task WILL NOT BE COMPLETE unless Task2.jpg is done for each of the 4 retaining walls.
a. Keep in mind this land is CLAY SOIL and steeply sloped (incline) so show proper slope stability measures
b. Be sure to include any structural reinforcements needed, for example, Geogrid reinforcement.
c. Include Shear Key in ALL wall design to prevent wall sliding since this is a steeply sloped land.
d. Is an anchoring system (soil nails) needed?

TASK3 - Do MATERIAL LIST and calculations for each of the Retaining Walls after determining the wall's square footage based on DIMENSIONS (Height, Width and Length).  
This is what I will use to get the cost to build the retaining walls.
a. How much sand and/or gravel for each wall? What about for backfill compaction?
b How much concrete for each wall?
c What size rebar(s) are needed and how many for each wall? 
i.   state which are top and bottom main bars
ii.  bottom and top distribution bars. 
iii.  l-shaped retaining walls bars, straight bars
d. What size and length of drainage pipes for each wall? How many drainage pipes for each wall?
e. What kind of waterproofing should be used and how much waterproofing for each wall?
