ETABS Revision & GA Drawings
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I already have a full ETABS model for an S + 5-storey building resting on piles with a combined raft. Total construction area is 150000 square feet. The structure is split into an eccentric A + B + C block and a standalone D block. What I now need is a quick yet rigorous clean-up that satisfies every IIT codal provision.
Your core task is to re-tune the model parameters from R5 to R4, re-run the analysis, and push every change through to new GA drawings showing detailed reinforcements exactly as the updated ETABS values dictate. Once the numbers match code and the drawings look right, I’ll ask you to stamp everything with your digital signature and walk through the results during a short review meeting with the IIT vetting team. We will close the project immediately after IIT signs off.
Key deliverables
• Updated ETABS file reflecting R4 parameters
• GA drawings with full reinforcement detail (PDF + DWG)
• Digitally signed calculation report and drawings. Should have valid indian license.
• Attendance at one or two online IIT review sessions until approval
