EPS Shop Drawings Grade Beams

I need a qualified civil engineer to turn my existing, fully-detailed residential plans into precise EPS (polystyrene) shop drawings for the concrete grade beams. Your drawings must show the exact dimensions and layout of every block so the installer can drop the EPS into the wooden formwork without on-site trimming or guesswork.
I will supply the architectural and structural PDFs/DWGs as soon as we start; you translate that information into coordinated EPS drawings (CAD and print-ready PDF). The finished set should align perfectly with beam reinforcement and formwork tolerances, clearly call out block thicknesses, and flag any clashes you detect.
Deliverables
• Complete EPS shop drawings (DWG + PDF) covering all grade beams
• A short coordination note highlighting any discrepancies you find
The drawings must:
• Convert architectural façade details into accurate EPS cutting profiles
• Consider reinforcement (rebar) and formwork constraints
• Define exact sections, dimensions, and installation positions
• Be fabrication-ready (DXF files for CNC hotwire cutting)
Accuracy and constructability are the success criteria. If you work in AutoCAD or an equivalent drafting platform and have prior experience detailing EPS or void-form systems, I’m ready to move forward quickly.
