I need drafting service for:
1. Small 8x8.5 enclosed bathroom / shower addition
2. 14 x 14 x 10 (plate height) covered patio SEE PLANS FOR DETAILS //
ROOF TO BE 2 X 6
REAR T.V WALL TO BE FRAMED 2X4 AND 1 X 6 T.G. CEDAR ALLT HE WAY UP
TV WILL HAVE A SUNKEN AREA OF 2" SEE IMAGES
3. Outdoor kitchen.
Job needs to be reasonable in price. the Bathroom and the Covered patio needs to have a PE seal Texas.
I have basic 3D plans and the dimensions.
