Dolphin Anchor Design Report

I need a concise, technically defensible design report that walks through every stage of a Eurocode-based check on steel “dolphin” mooring anchors. The heart of the document is the capacity-calculation methodology, with an expanded treatment of lateral capacity and corresponding deflection predictions. Please ground everything in Eurocode (you may reference the French NA where appropriate) and clearly distinguish ULS, SLS, fatigue and corrosion considerations.
