Detailed Commercial Site Plan
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a clean, permit-ready site plan for a commercial parcel of roughly one to five acres. The drawing must include a north arrow, complete property lines with linear dimensions, and every recorded easement called out by type. All existing on-site structures plus one new commercial building have to be shown with footprint, overall dimensions, roof height, and clear setback distances between each other and every boundary line. Project is in Vancouver, WA.
I will send you the latest survey and the exact footprint and height for the proposed building—your task is to translate that information into a professional CAD drawing. Please draw the centerline of each bordering street, label the street names, and note whether the roadway is public or private.
Deliverables
• Scaled site plan on a 24" × 36" sheet (PDF)
• Editable CAD file (DWG or compatible)
Acceptance criteria
• North arrow, graphic scale, and legend present
• All dimensions and height annotations match the data from Google Earth and the information I supply
• Easements and setbacks clearly identified
• Street information complete and readable
If you have a background in commercial site planning and understand local code requirements, I’d love to hear how quickly you can turn this around.
