Detail Interior design and material estimation for One room extension in the 2nd Story of house.
Budget: $30 – $250 SGD
I'm looking for a civil engineer or an architecture who have experience to do the building interior design and material estimation. I would like to estimate the material required for the additional room that is going to build on the top of the existing building (there is no work case required in the existing structure or the ground floor) . attached is the new design that I have done in SolidWorks, which I know that is not a good software to estimate the civil engineering work. the “. Step” files of the design that I have done with the accurate dimension is available which will be give one for easily transfer to your design software and to continue the interior design if that helps.
the room consists of a large bedroom, a toilet and dressing room as you can see in the design top view (referring to the slide number 5). you can also get the overall dimension in the slide number 6.
the designer should estimate for the civil works material such as steel bars, cement, bricks, sand, flooring material, etc. More additional details required for that designing will be given when the project is started.
the job scope is only limited to do the designing and deliver the design document as well as the material estimation to build the room. this is for us too sent to the local builders for them to accurately follow our instruction to build the room.
