Design Precast Concrete Bridge for Vehicles
Budget: $50 – $0 USD
I'm looking for a skilled civil engineer or bridge designer to create a precast concrete bridge/ventilated matting. The goal is to reduce a H20 wheel load to what is typically present in a back yard of a house with lawn mowing and people walking, while allowing air to pass through the structure.
Key Details:
- The primary purpose of the bridge is to accommodate vehicular traffic.
- It should be capable of supporting mixed light and heavy vehicles, including cars, light trucks, and heavy trucks.
- The desired length of the bridge span is approximately 10 feet.
Ideal Skills:
- Extensive experience in bridge design and civil engineering.
- Proficiency in precast concrete design.
- Ability to design for mixed vehicle types.
The goal of the design is a precast concrete slab that is ventilated and approximately 4 feet wide by 10 feet long and has passages for air flow through it. The thought was to set on a gravel bed.
