Design an LVL Beam
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a structural engineer to spec an LVL beam to remove a load bearing wall. The roof is a rafter type roof that is 25ft wide and the span distance is 19ft including the stud supports which can be built out of 2x6 or other dimensional lumber.
I have attached some images to help understand the design. I will provide more details if necessary and am open to suggestions to make the project more cost effective as LVLs and lumber aren’t cheap at the moment.
Snow load is 30psf.
All structures must adhere to the latest American building codes.
