(2). Need Concrete Spec's for diameter and rebar. Allow for 3" above ground level. Depth is 36". (pole.png)
Define the anchoring method for ((2) 2" x 8" x 12') ledger for a carport (12'x24') attached to a existing wall, rafters are on 24" centers and are a 3:12 pitch then supported by 6" x 6" beams supported by (3) 6" x 6" poles fasted to piers using like pbs66. The bolting pattern and size of bolts need to conform to 2012 International Building Code and 2012 International Residential Code and the concrete pier and width also need to conform to the same codes.
