Design & Build Industrial Café
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m planning a medium-sized, industrial-chic café and need a civil engineer to turn that vision into a fully permitted, construction-ready project. The space should feel open yet functional, with raw textures, exposed structural elements, and efficient circulation for both customers and staff.
What I already have:
• A general concept, mood board, and sample floor area.
• A preliminary budget for construction and fit-out.
• Flexibility on materials as long as the final look stays true to an industrial aesthetic.
What I need from you:
1. Site evaluation and code compliance review.
2. Full structural and civil drawings, stamped and ready for permit submission.
3. Utility layouts (water, drainage, power) optimised for café equipment and customer flow.
4. Detailed construction schedule and bill of quantities.
5. Ongoing coordination with interior designer and contractor until hand-over.
Success criteria:
• Plans pass local authority checks the first time.
• Structural solutions complement the exposed-beam, steel-and-concrete look without exceeding load limits or budget.
• All drawings delivered in both editable (DWG) and print-ready (PDF) formats.
If you have recent café or restaurant projects in your portfolio—especially those with an industrial vibe—please share them so I can see how you balance aesthetics with practical buildability. I’m ready to move quickly once I find the right engineering partner.
