DWT template (title block and description) - A3,A1 and A4 printer friendly

To place my drawing, I need a DWG template. The template must be printer-friendly on A3, A4 and A1. Please see the title box/template specification below. The job should take 10 minutes for the right person, but you will have to pay for an hour. Since time is limited, I cannot do this myself.

There will be more jobs in the future for the right person.
