Culvert replace

I am trying to fix the culvert under my driveway. South Turkey Creek runs through this culvert. The project will be to uncover the culvert, do some repairs, and then cover it again. But this may require removal and replacement of the culvert. Jefferson County is requiring an analysis by a civil engineer.
