Create a parcel map for a residential single family lot in California

I have to have a Parcel map created for a new 5000 sq ft parcel that I am creating by splitting my existing property parcel in a 60/40 ratio. The new parcel comprises 40% of the existing parcel.
The surveyor/engineer needs to be licensed in the State of California.
