I need a professional engineer who is NYS licensed to design a PE stamped frost protected 48” tall stem wall and footer foundation. The construction site has typical NY shale/rocky soil conditions. This is for a 40x60x 16’h metal skeletal truss barn. With metal/lumber walls + insulation.
