K4/M3 Crash Rated Wall Design

I am looking for an experienced engineer or designer to create a design for a K4/M3 crash-rated wall. The primary purpose of this wall is to provide mitigation against vehicle impacts, and it is to be installed at an industrial site.
Key Project Requirements:
- Design should adhere to K4/M3 crash rating standards
- Focus on using concrete as the primary material. Wall to also create planter
- Consideration for the wall's effectiveness against potential vehicle impacts in an industrial setting
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in designing crash rated structures
- Strong knowledge of concrete engineering
- Previous work on industrial site projects preferred
- Demonstrated understanding of K4/M30 standards
