Convert PDF Drawings to Detailed BOQ
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I will share a complete set of project drawings in PDF form and need every civil element measured and scheduled into a fully detailed Bill of Quantities. The document will be used directly for project execution, so accuracy, clear item descriptions and logical structuring by CSI / standard civil work divisions are essential.
What I expect from you:
• Take-off all civil items (earthworks, concrete, masonry, finishes, external works, etc.) straight from the PDFs.
• Organise the quantities in spreadsheet format—preferably Excel—showing item code, description, unit, quantity and any relevant notes or assumptions.
• Apply standard measurement rules (e.g., POMI, SMM7 or CESMM) and flag any drawing discrepancies or missing information so I can clarify.
• Include a summary page and automatic totals that will let the site team pick up values quickly.
I will provide:
• The full drawing set in PDF.
• Any specifications or clarifications you request during the take-off.
Deliverable: a clean, editable Excel file containing the civil-works BoQ, ready for immediate use on site. If you have access to professional QS tools (CostX, Bluebeam, Cubit, Candy, etc.) feel free to use them, but the final output must still be in Excel.
Turnaround is important; please let me know how fast you can complete once you receive the drawings, along with a brief note on your experience with civil quantity take-offs.
