Convert Civil Drawing into real world coordintates using Survey marks and export to me in LandXML
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I have a cut-and-fill civil drawing for a flood-mitigated house pad centred on a 30-acre site, plus two surveyed control points out at the frontage. All spot heights are already referenced to AHD, and the plan shows pad size, design levels and existing ground elevations.
I now need that information modelled as a true-to-scale 3D surface and exported as a Land XML file. You are welcome to work in CAD 3D or 12D—either environment is fine—as long as the output imports cleanly back into 12D and is ready for Truflow flood-study validation.
Key expectations
• Recreate the terrain and proposed earthworks accurately from the supplied drawing, honouring the two survey points.
• Maintain all AHD elevations and flood-mitigation cut/fill extents exactly as drawn.
• Deliver a comprehensive 3D terrain model in Land XML format.
Acceptance criteria
• Land XML opens in 12D with no errors or missing surfaces.
• Survey control points match original coordinates and levels.
• Surface validates in Truflow without geometry warnings.
Once confirmed, please send the final Land XML together with a brief note on any assumptions made during modelling.
