Concrete beam engineering

I am looking for an engineer who has experience in reinforced cast beam specifications for a house.
The engineer will have experience with design for tropical hurricanes, so the house is safe up to 120MPH winds.
The beam sizes will be up to 16 feet (5 meters) in length, and located between prestressed concrete piles
