Concrete base design for lighting pole

I would like to design the concrete base for a 8 meters tall lighting pole. I will provide specifications of the pole and need your asistente to properly design its concrete base. In order to complete this task, please submit the following:

1.- Concrete mix specifications.
2.- Base design in Autocad or Solidworks.
3.- Layouts and native files.
