I need assistance in creating a material model for simulating fresh concrete inside EDEM to replicate the concrete slump test and quantify workability through the resulting slump height. The model should represent the mix with two-phase elements: each coarse aggregate as an inner hard core wrapped in a mortar layer.

Key points of the setup:
- Utilize a standard slump cone setup (100 mm top diameter, 200 mm bottom diameter, 300 mm height) with a matching base plate.
- Populate the cone with two-phase particle assembly and simulate raising the cone at a prescribed speed to record the final slump height.
- Develop or calibrate contact and rheological parameters so that the simulated behavior aligns with fresh concrete consistency.

Deliverables:
- A functional EDEM deck (.dem, .edf files) with all required material and contact parameters documented.
- Instructions to modify mix proportions or water-cement ratio later on.
- A report (PDF or Word) detailing the model, screenshots of key results, and measured slump height.
- (Optional) A video of the simulation process.
