Concrete Footings Adjustment for Stability

I need help adjusting some concrete footings (and possibly a beam) under a pier and post cabin. A few 18x18 concrete footings are uneven and slumped, which is slightly affecting the structural stability of the cabin. One main beam is slightly askew and the subfloor has some lumps, but the concrete footings are the primary concern. I will be working alongside/near the contractor installing a french drain/retaining wall, etc. I'm attacking the source of the problem, but I could use some help with the symptoms. I'm just not hugely comfortable jacking up beams and adjusting footings at this point (but I'm happy to see how you go about it!). Looking for someone with experience with this job.

Requirements:
