Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed material takeoffs to ensure all necessary supplies are accounted for.
- Conduct labor takeoffs to accurately estimate workforce needs.
- Provide cost estimations to help keep the project within budget.

In addition, I require assistance from professionals in two specific engineering disciplines:
- Structural Engineering: To ensure the physical integrity of the building.
