You will need to produce a complete Site Organization Diagram and a fully rendered Site Plan. This includes placing all building blocks (1, 2, & 3-BHK towers, amenities, commercial, and engineering support) while incorporating climatology, sunpath, neighborhood environment, and views.
The site plan must clearly define:
Access Points: Main campus entry points and individual building entries.
Circulation & Traffic: All movement networks (vehicular, pedestrian, visitors, logistics/supply, maintenance, jogging/walking, and cycling tracks).
Zoning & Landscape: Playgrounds, children's and senior citizens' parks, toddlers' play areas, quiet zones, and manicured green spaces.
Services & Engineering Support: Locations for the HT panel, Transformers, LT panel, DG sets, underground water tanks, pump room, WTP, STP, and LPG bank.
Parking: Full car parking layouts, clearly mentioning the total ECS (Equivalent Car Space) achieved.
Civil Markings: Explicitly mark all setbacks, levels, and services.

We need to significantly improve the overall drawing quality and line weights.
Floor Plans: Add levels, labels, and all critical dimensions to all floor plans and furniture layouts.
Elevations & Sections: Create all missing sections and elevations for each apartment block, commercial block, and amenities block.
Skyline: Provide a complete skyline elevation of all building blocks as they sit on the site.
Facade Design & Final Renders
Facade Development: Develop the complete exterior facade design for all apartment buildings, commercial blocks, and amenities blocks.
