Comprehensive Land Grading Plan

I am preparing a land-development package for a site larger than five acres and require a detailed grading plan that stands on its own for approvals and construction. The drawing set must clearly show existing and proposed elevation levels, a complete slope analysis, and a drainage layout that meets local storm-water regulations.

Preferred workflow is AutoCAD Civil 3D (or compatible) so the surface model, contour intervals, cut-and-fill calculations, and drainage structures can be reviewed and revised in-house. GIS data or LIDAR files can be supplied if that accelerates your process.

Deliverables expected at hand-off:
• Civil 3D (or DWG) file with surfaces, labels, and layers neatly organized
• PDF sheets suitable for permitting, including grading notes, legends, and benchmark references
• Spreadsheet or report summarizing slope percentages and drainage calculations
