Comprehensive Foundation Measurement Analysis

I'm in need of an expert in cost estimating and construction measurement who can accurately calculate several elements concerning a small foundation. Adherence to the SMM7 standards is vital. It is also required for it to be done on the traditional dimension paper.

Your key tasks will include:

- Accurately determining the area, volume, and depth of the foundation
- Assessing the excavation of top soil for preservation
- Moving on to the excavation of foundation trenches starting at Reduced level
- Accounting for the volume of the plain concrete foundation (1:3:6) mix
- Considering the 225mm cavity brickwork wall up to and including the (dpc) damp proof course
- Evaluating concrete cavity filling (1:6) mix
- Analyzing requirements for site protection from water from any source
- Evaluating a 200 mm thick hardcore filling and any treatment required
- Studying DPM mastic asphalt to BS 1418 in 3 coats
- Gauging 100 mm thick concrete floor (1:2:4) mix.

I also require you to provide a reference sheet showing which parts of SMM7 were used and a query sheet with assumed responses.

Prior experience with SMM7 and a deep understanding of the associated measurements is a prerequisite for this job. You must be meticulous with calculating and reporting as these measurements will contribute to cost estimates required for preservation, plain concrete foundation, and hardcore filling treatments. Your ability to provide a comprehensive coverage using traditional dimension paper will be highly valued.
