Comprehensive Construction Project Management

●Processing project preliminaries such as building permit and other documents
required before the start of projects.
● Analyze documents, drawings, specifications, and proposals to prepare accurate
pricing.
● Conduct site visits prior to price preparation to gather necessary information.
● Perform quantity take-off from construction drawings if applicable.
● Formulate comprehensive cost for tender submissions, including labor cost,
equipment, materials, rentals, and sub-contractors.
● Ordering materials and follow-up deliveries during construction.
● Ensure accurate project documentation such as accomplishment, expenses report
and other construction documentation required.
● Resolving site issues in a timely manner.
● Oversee day-to-day operations, quality control, safety compliance and workflow.
● Ensuring projects are progressing in accordance with agreed specifications,
program, and budgets.
● Performing testing such as Insulation test, hydro test, gravity test etc.,
● Managing customer relationships to a level that would support repeat and referral
business.
