I am seeking an experienced building contractor to undertake a compact housing project. The house should be constructed primarily of concrete and total less than 500 square feet.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Familiarity with small-scale construction projects, specifically those under 500 square feet;
- Extensive understanding of concrete construction methods and regulations;
- Skilled in space planning, ensuring there is full utilization of space despite a limited area;
- Proven experience in managing full construction life cycle - from initial planning to executing the build and the finishing touches.

- The structural integrity and durability of the build are highly important, and thus primes structural engineering skills required;
