Commercial Site Plans for Permitting
Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I need a formal site plan (stamped/sealed) showing the following -
1. A 1200 sq ft structure (as indicated in the attached informal site plan)
2. A 2400 sq ft structure ( as indicated in the attached informal site plan)
3. Commercial grade septic tank, showing connections and drain field
4. Water tank in lieu of the hydrants
5. Fire lane
6. Parking (if required by the permitting authorities)
7. New Water lines
8. Plans for a new driveway as shown in my earlier site plan
9. Any water drainage (since the impervious coverage is less that 20% I don't believe this will be needed)
