Commercial Site Plan Drafting
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a complete site plan drafted for a commercial property that will show the main building footprints, parking layout, and driveway access. The drawing must also map all utility connections—electricity (both single- and three-phase feeds), water, sewage, and gas—so the contractor can forward it straight to the city for permitting.
You are free to work in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, or another professional CAD platform as long as the final files come back to me in both the native format and a clean, scalable PDF. Please use standard North-American symbols and layer conventions so my engineer can continue the design without re-work.
Key points to capture
• Accurate property boundaries, setbacks front (Josh Rd 150 foot from Center of Road, and right-of-way ties
• Building outlines with entry points aligned to the driveway layout
• ADA-compliant parking (1 is required)
4 standard parking 12x20'
• Driveway geometry that meets local turning-radius standards
• Utility runs from the street to the building, clearly labeled and sized (electricity, water, sewage, gas; mark single- vs 3-phase power)
Acceptance criteria
1. A PDF clearly showing all items above at 1" = 20'
2. DWG/DXF with properly named layers and no unresolved X-refs
3. A brief note sheet citing any assumptions, so I can verify before submission
If you have recent commercial site-plan samples, send one link or attachment with your proposal. I’m ready to provide the survey and zoning sheet as soon as we agree on scope and timeline.
