Commercial Parking Lot Design & Construction

Seeking a Civil Engineer to design and construct a compact commercial parking lot. The project should ensure optimal usage of available space, accommodating for approx 20 parking spots, 1 of which is handicap. Zoning told us we need a storm drainage plan in place for parking lot. Lot is currently grave but needs to be paved. The preferred material for the project is asphalt. The successful candidate should have experience in:
- Commercial civil engineering projects
- Parking lot design and construction
- Asphalt application and maintenance
- Storm water drainage plan
