Commercial Construction Estimation Specialist Needed
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm in need of a skilled and experienced professional in construction take off and estimation. Primarily working on commercial projects, I require a comprehensive service that covers all aspects of the job.
Key Details:
- The ideal candidate should be proficient in material takeoff, labor estimation, and cost analysis, all tailored to the commercial construction sector.
- Knowledge of Plan Swift or similar software is a must, to ensure accurate and efficient estimations.
- The price estimation should be specific to my local area, considering regional variance in material costs and labor rates.
- I'm looking for a long-term partnership, so availability for support until all addendums are complete is highly valued.
The project is estimated to be completed within less than 12 months.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience in commercial construction estimation.
- Proficiency in Plan Swift or a similar software.
- Excellent understanding of material costs and labor rates specific to my local area.
- Strong communication skills and availability for ongoing support.
Looking forward to finding a dedicated professional for my project.
Estimation to be delivered in 3 to 7 days. The labor & Materials to be shown separately. All materials specifications & make to be clearly identified in the the takeoff. Knowledge of North America Construction industry practice.
80% payment will be only after satisfactory completion. Rest after all addendum/Revisions completed.
