Commercial Building Engineering Plan Certification

I need a engineered/certified site plan of my existing property to gain a variance for a library due 7/25/24. The property has 3 buildings on 8 acres. I have a survey already. There is no project to approve/design. This requires no creativity. Just a site plan.
