Colorado PE Traffic Memo

I need a Colorado-registered Professional Engineer to prepare a concise traffic memorandum for a church–school property. The key point is to demonstrate that the site will continue to serve the same population—students and parishioners only—so overall trip generation, traffic operations, and parking demand remain unchanged.

Scope of the memo
• Analyse existing traffic flow using the prior traffic flow site plan I will share.
• I Have the current parking layout Calculations that confirm adequate capacity with no modifications required that were approved by city for the last construction project on the property.

I have both the earlier traffic flow exhibit and detailed parking layout plans ready for your use.

Deliverable
• A signed, Colorado-sealed traffic memorandum in PDF that addresses the parking and traffic impact items above, references the supplied drawings, and is suitable for submission to local planning staff.

The final document needs to clearly support the conclusion of “no impact” and carries your Colorado PE stamp.
