Colorado Boundary & Topo Survey
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m ready to move forward with site development on my Colorado property and need a full monumented boundary survey that also captures existing grades. The job must cover both elevation points and detailed contour lines so my design team can immediately start their work.
Key requirements
• A signed, stamped PDF plat showing the boundary and topography.
• Companion digital files – DWG plus a point file (and/or LandXML) suitable for AutoCAD / Civil 3D workflows.
Contour interval
Please recommend the most appropriate interval for this terrain and include separate pricing for 1-foot versus 2-foot contours so I can weigh accuracy against cost.
Everything should be ready for engineers to pick up without additional conversion, and accuracy must meet Teller County, Colorado standards for monumented boundary surveys.
