Clay Site Pile Load Calculations

I am looking for an experienced civil engineer who specializes in pile load calculations. The purpose of these calculations is to determine the safe load capacity of the site, in order to ensure optimal pile design. The calculations will need to adhere strictly to Eurocode 7: Geotechnical Design. It's noteworthy that the construction site is predominantly clay, sand and silt soil. Hence, previous experience working with clay soil and understanding its behavior under stress would be an advantageous skill set.
