Civils Take Off & BoQ Creation -- 2

I'm in need of a professional who can perform a complete take-off in the traditional UK format (attached example) and Bill of Quantities for my civil engineering project. This involves excavation, retaining wall construction, interlocking sheet piles installation, and below-ground drainage.
You'll be working with:
- 2D CAD drawings that I will provide
- Drawings that only include some dimensions and specifications
- Areas requiring detailed measurement: Excavation, Retaining wall, Below-ground drainage
Ideal candidates should have:
