WA Civil PE for Single family peer review Stamp
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am looking for a WA Civil PE with experience in building permit applications to provide a stamped peer review for a completed single-family civil design.
The site plan and civil work were completed and submitted as part of the building permit. The city of Olympia wants me to pull this work from the building permit package and resubmit it in a civil permit package.
I already have completed a pre-design meeting with the city and a stormwater scoping meeting. It has type (D) soils and 32% native slope. The SW conclusion was hard pipe to city SW system: No Infiltration, no dispersion, no flow control, no treatment. The surface coverage calculations are complete. Site plan and grading plan were done by a skilled Engineering Tech with PE guidance and good lidar data. I am a mechanical PE and the owner-general. I want to avoid delay and expense of a redesign. I think a peer review letter with a stamp will work. Stamping updated/corrected set could work too.
The stamp is required by the city for the completion of the civil permit application.
