I am based in Raleigh NC and need a sealed letter from an engineer to move forward with a project.
We build swimming pools. We have a project planned that will place the pool 4 feet from the foundation of a house. We think we have enough clearance for our excavation and the town has said that they can approve our plans with an Engineered letter. Looking for someone to help out.
