Civil engineer for small 9 cabin recreational park

I am looking for a civil engineer to lead the design and planning of a small 9 cabin recreational park. The project must be completed within a timeframe of less than 6 months. Specific responsibilities include planning, but not supervising construction. I have specific guidelines for the cabin designs that should be followed. This would be a great project for a graduate profile. waste tank placement, water lines, underground electrical and storm drains would be included in the drawing. The project is in Greencastle, INDIANA. Must provide proof of license.
