Civil engineer to draft the conceptual plan for land short subdivision

My name is Mitch. I just purchased a property in Puyallup. Below is the address and parcel number. I am doing a short subdivision for property. I am looking for a civil engineer to help me to figure out the initial conceptual plan for the pre-application meeting with Puyallup city. There are might be some potential future work needs after pre-application and survey. But that isn’t in this scope of this project.
