Civil PE Signature Needed for Windows

I need a licensed Civil Professional Engineer (PE) to sign off on design calculations for a residential single-hung window replacement. The building department has already approved the calculations, but I require an engineer's signature to finalize the process.

I have the writeup with the calcs and the frame design - they have already been approved by the county. I just need a PE to sign. Need this ASAP!
