Job ID: 37823867

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

Introduction, Load Path, and Bracing Layout:

Research and describe load paths for gravitational and lateral loads.
Draw and explain the bracing layout, both vertical and horizontal.
Discuss different types of beam-to-beam and beam-to-column connections, including simple and rigid connections.
Explore the differences between bolted and welded connections and their limitations.
Calculate Wind Loads:

Determine the design wind speed and calculate net wind pressures for the roof and walls.
Consider parameters such as wind region, terrain category, shielding, and topographic effects.
Calculate wind loads on specific members of the intermediate frame.
Calculate Design Loads for Specific Members and Select Cross Sections (Beams):

Calculate dead loads and live loads on beams.
Identify and draw a dimensioned plan view of the area (tributary area) supported by each beam.
Calculate uniformly distributed loads (UDL) for load combinations.
Determine maximum bending moments and shear forces.
Select suitable beam sections from design capacity tables.
Check serviceability requirements for the selected cross sections.
Calculate Design Loads for Specific Members and Select Cross Sections (Columns):

Calculate dead loads and live loads on columns.
Identify and draw a dimensioned plan view of the area (tributary area) supported by each column.
Calculate axial forces for applicable load combinations.
Calculate in-plane and out-of-plane buckling for columns.
Select suitable column sections from design capacity tables.
Discussion:

Evaluate the chosen design solution, analyzing strengths and weaknesses using credible sources.
Apply knowledge gained in the course and discuss how concepts learned could apply to the design of multi-story buildings.
Address questions related to construction site safety, load representations, and units of measurement differences.
Concept Analysis Video Presentation:

Demonstrate understanding of the tributary area concept and its significance in load calculations.
Explain how calculated loads impact the structural elements associated with the concept.
Provide a professional and creative presentation, incorporating narration, images, and relevant explanations.
