Civil Engineering Task; Structural Design of a Four-Storey Building in STAAD Pro

I am looking for an expert (precisely a Civil Engineer) who is experienced in STAAD Pro Software. Using specific dimensions provided, and by inferring to either of the recognized design standards, you are expected to detail the structural layout of a two-storey building in a dense metropolis. Make sure you include the admisdible headroom for the ground floor (GF) as well.
