Civil Engineer to do site plan for Harris County Engineering Dept Permit

We are looking for a Civil Engineer to develop site plan for approval Harris County Engineering Dept Permit. Project development of a dirt parking lot roughly 2 acres. We are adding to an existing parking lot developed in 2004.
