Civil Engineer plans for lot to build house

Looking for a civil engineer to make revisions to a site plan. Need to update grading and make changes to incorporate new project elements. Need two distinct and different versions of the plan completed to to be able to compare and contrast and use for 3D modeling. Please see attached site plans for reference. Must be willing to make necessary changes and updates as work progresses and comments are made. Must be able to work with attached base dwg files or have ability to get a base file to work off of.
