Civil Engineer needed for entitlements to construct 4 townhomes

My business acquired a multifamily lot in Washington State where we are looking to build 4 townhomes. We have held multiple conversations and meetings with the City of Burlington, who has confirmed that this development is quite simple and viable.

We need a qualified engineer to work with us in drafting the plans and civil work so that we can get the project fully entitled and shovel-ready.
