Project Overview:
We’re developing a one-of-a-kind, multi-facility recreation center in Boduppal, Hyderabad, and we need an experienced civil engineer to lead the structural design, approvals, and construction planning. All soil tests are complete and favorable—your expertise will turn our vision into fully permitted, build-ready drawings.

Scope of Work:

Concept to Construction Drawings

Structural design for:

Pickleball & badminton courts

Swimming pool & filtration plant

Artificial turf field

Wedding studio & guesthouse complex

Foundation, slab, beam, column calculations

Detailed reinforcement drawings & material specs

Regulatory Approvals & Licensing

Prepare and submit plans for:

GHMC building permit

Environmental clearance (if applicable)

Fire NOC

Drainage & NOC from HMWS&SB

Electricity & transformer clearance

Coordinate with local authorities and follow up through to final sign-off

Site Coordination & Execution Plan

Liaise with architects, MEP consultants, and specialty contractors (landscaping, pool specialists, turf installers)

Phased construction schedule (target: 6-month completion)

Quality-assurance checkpoints & milestone reviews

What We’re Looking For:

Credentials: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil Engineering

Experience:

8+ years designing and executing mid-to-large recreational or commercial facilities

Proven track record securing GHMC and related clearances in Hyderabad

Deliverables:

Complete set of structural drawings (CAD/Revit)

Approval-ready application packages

Construction stage execution plan with timelines and cost estimates

Communication:

Timely updates via Zoom or on-site visits

Clear handoff documents for our architecture and interiors teams

Budget & Timeline:
